IV-11/6 6-digit Acrylic Case Assembly

Here are the included case components. The acrylic plates have a protective seal on them that must be pealed off before assembly.

Parts

2mm semi-transparent gray acrylic plates:

  • 2x side panels
  • 1x bottom panel
  • 1x back panel
  • 1x front panel
  • 1x top panel

Screws:

  • 4x M3-8mm plastic screws (came with the base board)
  • 4x M3 plasic nuts
  • 4x M3 screws
  • 4x M3 nuts
  • 4x Brass spacers
  • 4x Feet

You will need a star screwdriver or star bit to assemble the enclosure.

Step 1

Remove the shield from the base board, then remove the screws and the plastic spacers if mounted. You will re-use the 4 plastic screws.

Also find the 4 plastic nuts.

Step 2

Place the base board on top of the bottom board so that the mounting holes line up:

Insert the four plastic screws, and fasten them with the plastic nuts underneath.

Step 3

Find the two short side panels as well as the front and back panel.

Line them up with the holes in the bottom board. They should slot in without using too much force. The four pieces should fit together, but until you place the top board they will not hold in place.

Step 4

Insert the display shield, making sure to line up the pins properly.

Step 5

Place the top board, pushing the protruding Parts of the side boards into the slots carefully.

Step 6

Finally, we will finish up by inserting the 4 screws / brass spacers and feet.

Place one brass spacer in place, thread the screw in from the top, then fasten the foot underneath.

Repeat for the other 3 holes

Congratulations, you have now finished assembling the IV-11/6 enclosure.
